Modulnova has partnered with Selva Interior for the prestigious Lugano Flagship Store. Founded in 1985 by brothers Stefano and Michele Selva, the company combines the solidity of traditional craftsmanship with the contemporary language of Italian design. Inside the showroom, with an exhibition area of over 400 square meters, it is possible to discover proposals dedicated to kitchen, living, and bathroom environments. Each project is born from a careful research of materials and technical solutions, with a high level of customization. The team of designers and technicians accompanies customers, architects and planners in all phases, from planning to implementation, guaranteeing expertise, quality and attention to detail.

The Modulnova philosophy is based on a design approach that combines architectural rigor, material research and continuity between spaces. Each composition is born from a balance between essential volumes and pure surfaces, in which the material becomes the protagonist of the project and an expressive tool of domestic architecture.

Materials are selected for their aesthetic and performative qualities: natural stones with deep veins, woods with authentic and tactile textures, opaque lacquers that restore continuous and minimal surfaces, to metals and technical finishes that introduce contemporary and refined accents. Careful workmanship enhances materiality without compromising its formal cleanliness, creating a coherent and sophisticated language.
